We sell brand new Body Jewelry which we receive direct from the manufacturer.  We do not receive pieces from wholesalers or 3rd party sellers.  In order to ensure that all of the pieces we sell are brand new and never worn before, we can not accept returns for any reason.
 
If you have received an incorrect product by mistake, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the situation.  In most cases this will involve us sending a replacement piece, however in some cases we may need you to send us back the incorrect piece.  You will be compensated for any costs associated with this process.  We are a small business and occassionally make mistakes.  Please allow us the oppurtunity to correct the issue before cancelling any payments or filing disputes. 
 
We make every effort to ensure each is not broken or defective prior to shipping however in the case you receive a broken or defective piece, you will need to contact us with a picture within 24 hours.  Depending on the extent of the defect, we may need you to return the piece to us so we can return it to the manufacturer for a replacement.  If this is the case we will reimburse any associated costs.  In some cases we may just be able to ship you a replacement. 
 
Insurance (with the exception of Prioity and Express Mail packages) is not included in the shipping costs.  If you wish to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us for the cost.  Any insured pieces will be replaced.  Depending on the cost of the piece, we may need it back to file a claim with our postage insurer.  If this is the case we will reimburse you for any associated costs.  If an uninsured piece contains damage that was done duing shipping and not due to a manufacturer defect we may not be able to replace the item.  We will do our best to work with you however we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipper.  All pieces are packages and sent in high quality padded bubble mailers.  We check each piece prior to shipment to ensure it is not broken or damaged. 
 
Most of the pictures we provide come to us directly from the manufacturer.  Many of the pieces are made out of natural materials (wood, marble, stone, bone and horn) which means that the actual color/shading of the item can vary from piece to piece.  Additionally colors may appear different from the actual piece based on your monitor display.  We are not able to offer refunds due to these natural differences.  (In the case where you order a red piece and a blue one is sent, that would fall under the incorrect product policies and a replacement would be issued.)  These color variations are the downside to ordering items online as opposed to visiting actual stores, however this is balanced by the lower costs and extended variety of products we are able to bring you.  You need to take this into consideration prior to making a purchase.  Most of the pieces we receive look far more stunning in person then our pictures can show, however there may be slight color variations. 
 
For the most part can not responsible for minor typos, mistakes in the ad or a technical mistake in our software which generates incorrect informatiom.  If you notice any inconsistent information in any item descriptions, or are unsure if an item description may contain a mistake, please contact us for clarification prior to purchasing.  If you have made payment on an item which (prior to shipment) was piced incorrectly or had incorrect terms for any of these reasons, we will make attempts to honor the price and terms however in some cases we may need to provide a refund. 
 
For cases above which qualify for a replacememt, we will make every effort to replace the piece with the exact same piece.  If we do not have the piece in stock, we will offer you an option of a similar piece, store credit, or a full refund.
 
We are NOT able to accept returns due to your not liking the piece, ordering the wrong size, not liking the color or any other reason besides those stated above.  Even if you promise us the piece has not been worn, we do not feel comfortable reselling the piece to other customers and therefore can not be returned to us.  We do not sell any items that have been previously returned to us.
